Have a hair-care routine

Having a fixed period or interval of days in which you wash your hair and oil them helps to keep the hair nourished and healthy. It also prevents them from shedding and other scalp related problems.

Shampoo well

Firstly we must pick up the shampoo that has the right PH balance and is not too acidic in nature as it damages the hair. Also, we can use apple cider vinegar as a pre-shampoo treatment to help add nutrients and have an added shine to hair after they are washed. We should apply the shampoo from the roots to the mid-shaft of the hair. We must strictly avoid silicone, sulphate and alcohol-based shampoo. We must rinse the shampoo with cold water as hot water opens the pores which lead to hair-fall. Never I mean never ever in your whole life brush or tie wet hair this leads to the development of head lease and dandruff. We must not wash our hair regularly and also wrap out with a cotton towel or a t-shirt after we wash them.

Coconut oil

When we need healthy hair coconut oil is our best friend. Coconut not only nourishes the hair by adding nutrients to them but also moisturizes and untangles the hair. It’s not greasy and helps restore the lost nutrients.

Sleep

We must have an adequate 8hrs. Of sleep, at night it helps our body to repair itself and treat the damages that are happening on a day to day basis. Also or having healthy hair we should sleep on silk pillows as they are softer on hair as compared to normal pillow cases when we toss and turn during our sleep and also be must braid our hair while sleeping as it helps to prevent them from getting tangled.
